Refund policy

As a consumer, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the date on which the customer or a third party nominated by the customer, who is not the carrier, came into possession of the goods.

by means of an unambiguous statement (for example a letter sent by post or e-mail) regarding the decision to revoke the contract.

In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the withdrawal message within the withdrawal deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, we will refund the value corresponding to the returned goods within and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the communication of the revocation.

Shipping costs are excluded from the refund.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will any fees or additional charges be applied to you.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received.

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging and complete in all its parts. If the goods lose value due to unnecessary use to check their quality, you will be responsible for this loss of value.

The costs incurred for returning the goods will be borne by the user.

The deadline is respected if the goods are sent within 14 days.

Contracts relating to the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly adapted to the personal needs of the consumer cannot be revoked.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

The right of withdrawal will not apply if the services and products are included in the categories of the art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in case of distance sales in relation to:

goods produced according to the customer's specifications or clearly adapted to the customer's personal needs;
goods that can deteriorate rapidly;
goods delivered sealed and not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;
goods which, due to their characteristics, have been irremediably mixed with other products after delivery.

When sending returned products, please pay attention to the following:

Request a receipt certifying shipment and keep it until you have received a refund or replacement of the products.
Usually returned products are taken care of within approximately 5 working days (excluding Saturdays) from receipt of the products.
It is necessary to pack the goods very carefully so that the products are not damaged during transportation.
